Renting the venue at Sunset Bay Lodge includes many things, however catering and AV must be supplied by our exclusive vendors. They love our space as much as we do, and know how to bring it to life, creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

For catering, there are four specialty event vendors to choose from. Rather than limiting you to a single chef, we have partnered with the best of the best of the full-service caterers in our area. They each offer personalized menus suited to your taste and your budget, as well as provide planning assistance, event staffing, rentals, and more.

If you want to enhance your corporate function or maximize your fundraising auction efforts with audio-visual services, we have a full-service production partner that can provide sound indoors and out, specialized lighting, video projection, live-streaming, and more. Own the Night Productions has extensive experience working with emcees, auctioneers, and musical performers. For celebrations of life and other events with simpler needs, you may rent sound and video equipment with optional on-site tech support from our newest partner, Live Oak AV.
